shipping and sales. And we’re always growing—in just 15 years, we’ve grown from one title to
20. It is our goal to maintain our current catalog and to expand our product line
to cover more areas of state and federal practice. With such ambition, we

Legal Department
The Legal Departmentstaffed by more than 20 lawyersis responsible for editing, updating, and verifying the content
of all our books. The Legal Department also develops new products by researching and writing about various fields

Production Department
The Production Department is responsible for all desktop publishing, including page design, layout, proofreading,
and print preparation. The Production Department uses a flexible team approach that allows everyone to assume

Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing Department
The Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing Department manages our relationships with our customers through direct
marketing, inside and outside sales, and personal customer service. When a customer calls, a member of our

Information Technology Department
The Information Technology Department maintains the computer network and telephone system, and provides computer support
to the other departments. The department also develops software that is used to improve book production efficiency and

Shipping Department
Our Shipping Department is responsible for managing the warehouse, making sure our customers receive their shipments
